Facilitated groups can assist individuals with gaining greater insights and interpersonal functioning. They can be provided as a one time event or over the course of several dates within in schools, churches or community settings. Individual mental health services
Individual mental health counseling is provided to adolescents and adults that are sorting through past and current challenges. Through a cognitive behavioral therapy approach, individuals will be encouraged to recognize their thinking patterns, get a better understanding of how it contributes to their behaviors and develop problem-solving skills and coping strategies. Since our spiritual beliefs and values often shape our experiences, discussing them in sessions may be helpful and are welcomed.
